Nothing to like but you won't get fire because company needs employee (here, no one wants to work for long term)

I don't know much more about other regions but in dehradun region( where i had worked) upper level management and some of the salesman too don't want to work except senior manager.and also you won't get your salary on time probably you will get it after minimum 1.5 months or even more...

Its a Big Brand Name Company, any body knows about woodland.When i am introducing your self about company,everybody says waoooooo.
