Working at Woodkraft has been great they focus on helping us learn and improve our skills. the work culture is supportive, encouraging teamwork and creativity it feels good to be part of a company that cares about its employees happiness and development.

Dislikes

Promotions and appraisal happen once in a year which can be bit a inconvenient.it would be better if they were based on our performance every six months instead.
