Working environment is Good, but staff shortage is there so you cannot give proper care to all patients, in icu they give 1ventilated patient with 2stable so all time goes with settling venti patient.

The only thing was that Some Outsiders Entered in company and they disturbed the All Loyal Employees who built up wockhardt . During that period promoters would have intervened n Retained their loyalty people. Otherwise there is nothing which any of ex employee with dislike anything about Wockhardt. This was the most Admired Company

The payment is very poor no growth for employees. The HR's is very bad they don't hire .they give chance to the known to them peoples. I don't get chance I want 1 year apprenticeship.
