In Wockhardt work-life balance is very excellent, employee can give adequate time to his/her family, friends etc. In terms of monetary benifits we are very lucky about salary date which very punctuate.

Dislikes

Salary does credited on time but other benefits & appraisal proceeds too delayed which is most irritable for employees.

The only thing was that Some Outsiders Entered in company and they disturbed the All Loyal Employees who built up wockhardt . During that period promoters would have intervened n Retained their loyalty people. Otherwise there is nothing which any of ex employee with dislike anything about Wockhardt. This was the most Admired Company

The payment is very poor no growth for employees. The HR's is very bad they don't hire .they give chance to the known to them peoples. I don't get chance I want 1 year apprenticeship.
