Not much. But the salary is quite less as compare to the work. But definitely career growth is great in ICU facility.

Job is quite intresting as it's all time busy especially in ICU. Have learned so many things. And the team I work with is simply just great.

The variety of cases we see and the consultants are good can learn alot from them but the management is not good they dont manage duties properly and the nursing staff is dominent over resident medical officer they dont listen to the rmo's and the nursing head controlls the rmos that is terrible

The bursing staff is dominent over rmo's and they dont listen to rmo's.management is not that good, doesn't manage duties well.poor work life balance 12 hrs of tiring duties
