Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There's nothing to like. •1> Everytime they changes the structural plans & drawings. •2>Too much revision of one single plans(R1,R2,R3,R4,R5) like they don't know about structure analysis. •3>The consultants are too much egoistic and think they are main and their behaviour is rude. •4> Worst design of link beams too much reinforcement at one place. •5> Plans & drawings are not understandable. •6> If you want to check columns general arrangement plans drawings. You should check different plans at the checking time. Like corewall steel details they should also give numbering in the columns at same plan. •7>You will have to look at the other drawing again and again. •8>They should review their structural and MEP drawings again as both the sleeve and the steel are in the same place which creates a lot of difficulty for the fitters. • Plans should be sweet and easy to understand....Read More
