Likes

The place where you feel learning is the only thing which will never stop until the last day you work there. Had worked with some very intellectual seniors.

Dislikes

Compensation will not be as engineers we like and the working hours will be very high say 12 hours a day.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
