I don't like anything in the company

I worked in the company very limited period but i observed there is no culture and ethics in the company. 7 days money back guarantee is completely false this because one of my Customer applied for money back (7 days return) it's been 2 months still company is not responding to them and manager also not responding for me for that issue. They are blocked all the numbers
