I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. 6 days working, rotational shifts, no support or learning facilities from superior managers, no seniors to take advise, managers are incapable.
