Wissen is really a great place to work and every Wissenite will agree with it. Company treats each and every employee very well. Eveyone gets equal opportunity to grow here. As being a growing company enormous number of career opportunities are here. Apart from compensating you better in the industry they take care of you very well.Higher management including the CEO of the comapany is very polite and reachable always. During the pandamic also every possible effort was made by the company to ensure that all the employees are safe and happy with the work. They also ensured the job security of all the employees. During my tenure of 3+ years at Wissen I didn't find anything which can bother me. Evolving with the time is in our DNA and I am pleased to see that higher management and all the wissenites are working together to make it better day by day. Overall an amazing experience so far.

I miss those Month-End KYC [Know Your Collogues] events which I am sure will get resumed once we are back to Office. An opportunity area which I know company is already working on is having a dedicated Employee Portal one can visit to see HR policy etc related information.
