Snacks and lunch is good, games also there, I like my laptop which wissen provided with good configuration, Environment is very good to work , apart from this main thing Senior Colleagues, IT staff and also my Project manager and VPs are kind to help and the way they help & support to push our skills to upgrade to next level.. I am glad to work in wissen. Because as a fresher employee they gives many trainings and now i am capable at some level to work with many tools of DevOps in real time, Its my personal experience which I am living in Wissen right now.....Read More

Original documents they are taking from freshers after signing the bond this made me little worry, but Acknowledge letter also they are giving to us so Documents are safe, apart from this every thing is perfect to work.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
