The fact that we have to go through multiple interviews while trying to get a client, is something I do not very much appreciate. Always work from home, makes it easy to stay close to family and loved ones. Get place to upskill yourself, and work with people you never would have dreamt of working with. Get a 5 day work week. Regular appraisals based on performance and client feedback

Working only at night shift, gets a little tiresome. Remote setup makes it difficult to have proper interactions with your co-workers

Very content working with Wishup! No micromanaging, zero pressure to work overtime or on the weekends, and supportive management.

Dislikes

I do wish I could meet my colleagues but honestly, it's not that big of a deal for me because I was looking to work in the comfort of my own home. Can't think of anything I dislike. I am super happy working here.
