Nice culture ....have training sessions every month through out the year to learn advanced technologies.

Dislikes

Annual leaves are limited and will be added on monthly basis say you have 7 leaves now ..next month you will have 8.5 leaves which means increment of 1 and half day every month till December and can't use more than 8 out of 15 days ..as firm required 8 leaves to be un applied for the month of December in case you work US clients.
