Large org give job security and end up making compromises for the role to sustain

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No good for senior folks to sustain if the right opportunity is not available or utilized for. Remuneration are impacted based on the compromised role accepted and no scope for new skill growth by self learning Compromise is the work style mantra if you want to be in top tier MNC

Hi All, My Husband is working in another company and he is about to receive an onsite opportunity to US on L1 visa. My question is can I stay with my husband there in US and work remotely for Wipro India? Is that allowed? Or there is some process for this? Like what kind of approval is required ?
