Job security is the only positive.. They always need people to work and so it's very unlikely that you will be released from the company.

Dislikes

Lack of defined job responsibilities and internal working processes. Culture of overworking.

Work Details

Very bad. 16 hour workdays, working on weekends. Traveling in the company bus for 4 hours everyday. Its less than ideal

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

The company is not open to innovation. Many a times people are not able to anticipate the conviction. In terms of professionalism, the company does have a wide board outside premises. But internally the politics, hierarchy and ego are really what drive the work. It is still a fun job to do while working with everybody. Excellent team heads though RM's maybe hazy.

Dislikes

Poor on internal ethics and internal professionalism. Great on Customer perspective. Poor work life balance especially during March..

Work Details

On a General Note, I have to look after the End to End project execution. Right from receipt of Order to Handover on Site.
