Very Good learning curve for Entry level or freshers. Salary and other benefits are very good but see dislikes.

For assembly Engineer - 1. Work life balance is very very terrible...No value for personal issues neither family nor health issues acceptable here. Only extra work. 2. On paper work timing is 9:15 hrs but actual 11hrs daily. No extra benefits. 3. Forcing people to do work extra if not worked extra then growth will stop. You can notcomplaint to HR it is waste of time. 4. Only Sunday holiday for daily 9:15 hrs of working for assembly people. For Others sat and Sunday off. 5. Only name Wipro Pari but culture is same as old PARI. Very terrible language from seniors/HOD. 6. If you have strong reference then u can join any time. Others will face monopoly issue....Read More

Bad politics among colluegues, bad management, manager always force you to do extra work continuously because they also did same in their days. Work life balance is zero and favourism is also there to some employees.

If you are ready - to loose your personal life, detoriate your health, working late night after reaching at home, working on Saturday Sunday, working till 8:30pm on weekdays without any complaint, should be able to take blame though you have done the tasks correctly as your RM don't have guts to tell that he messed up all the things, despite of working like hell you will get just 5-10% hike whereas your RM will get promotion saying that your performance was not good. You need to be in good books of your RM and HoD. Otherwise you will land yourself in trouble on daily basis. Whatever you do, they will prove that you have done it wrong. Only they know project management and you need to follow only their principles. The knowledge you have gained till date before joining Wipro PARI is waste. After you join they will not provide anything previously giving so much promises after join they will give no facilities they promised to give. From my opinion one of the worst management ever. Don't join Wipro Pari after 2-3 months they layoff employees whenever they need employees they hire after that they layoff.

Terrible politics, more favourisam towards friends and relatives, your work credit will be transfered to some other person who is most favorable to seniors, very low clarity in job profile, non motivational environment, very less opportunities, It's not Wipro culture It's PARI culture.
