For assembly Engineer - 1. Work life balance is very very terrible...No value for personal issues neither family nor health issues acceptable here. Only extra work. 2. On paper work timing is 9:15 hrs but actual 11hrs daily. No extra benefits. 3. Forcing people to do work extra if not worked extra then growth will stop. You can notcomplaint to HR it is waste of time. 4. Only Sunday holiday for daily 9:15 hrs of working for assembly people. For Others sat and Sunday off. 5. Only name Wipro Pari but culture is same as old PARI. Very terrible language from seniors/HOD. 6. If you have strong reference then u can join any time. Others will face monopoly issue....Read More

If you are ready - to loose your personal life, detoriate your health, working late night after reaching at home, working on Saturday Sunday, working till 8:30pm on weekdays without any complaint, should be able to take blame though you have done the tasks correctly as your RM don't have guts to tell that he messed up all the things, despite of working like hell you will get just 5-10% hike whereas your RM will get promotion saying that your performance was not good. You need to be in good books of your RM and HoD. Otherwise you will land yourself in trouble on daily basis. Whatever you do, they will prove that you have done it wrong. Only they know project management and you need to follow only their principles. The knowledge you have gained till date before joining Wipro PARI is waste.
