From a customer care executives' view point the way we think about Wipro from outside, it is not actually in real life until one gets hands-on experience in their domain. Employees are seldom treated inhumanely by the seniors, especially supervisor. Regardless of the matter, to treat employees like a slave, this company has now turned into the one in particular having no salary hike from the paleolithic age and offers employees nuggets of wisdom instead!
