It's a good company but you need to be patient to adapt its culture you will get much free time but you have to learn before how to adapt the conditions otherwise you can't survive.

Dislikes

Very less learning programs like soft skill and skill level programs focusing more on production rather than increasing ones knowledge it's not same for all department especially more hectic in production but other departments are very high learner especially PEd.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
