Good work environment & culture. Teammates are average supportive & the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria & hard working. Company policies are average appraisal s are average fair and they give average salary in each year.

There is lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues.average salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a offer letter of 2 years before which you can resign also if any problem or issues. On the job training is not given to new joiners .

Work culture, didn’t like anything much but it is just a brand but the non technical side is so worse for experienced people because there is hardly any growth or benefits or increase in your pay check. Only good for freshers. Only one benefit is that you have a health insurance of 1 lakh that’s about it.

Policies are twisting, bad work culture, team leads can sue your growth if you don’t listen to them. Out of all these very bad pay scale for a person who works in non technical background. There is only one way cab. No benefits, no bonuses, no hike, I mean there is hike like a tortoise for example 500/per year, and no I am not joking.

Working with the company I would say good aspects one that employee 1. feel safe 2.benifits and reimbursements followup was too good and fast. 3 .health benifits were quick and promising including family members. 4. I would say work nature would be different from project to project and location you work .
