There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary increment not 4 years. In Lockdown situation company declared suddenly closed .company can not help me .suffer many problem faced my family and me.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything in the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

No joining or appointment letter is given at time of joining, salary not on time even a delay of 2months,no experience letter provided at resignation.conveyance and dues are pending since last 5 months. Ex employees are regularly visiting for remaining dues and salary. Bad work environment, restrictions on running air conditioner.
