Winrock international is a very good organization t work in. it is very professional, they are interested in nurturing talent and give opportunity for professionals to grow it.They are focused on client satisfaction and also provide the necessary supporting environment for staff to perform tasks.

Dislikes

1. Although mainly depends on donor funding, not sure if they keep in touch with employees who worked well after assignments for further assignments 2.Although the organization provides good environment for work Staff salaries and compensation need to be reviewed based on existing market rates

when i was hired the work environment was very hostile. The project beneficiaries were very hostile to the project staff and for some time the position had been vacant. We had to work out how to finish a backlog of activities. i had to hire, mentor

The company thought me a lot and gave me more experience as a social worker One thing I felt was not good about the company was that we were not given the opportunity to travel and learn from the other countries to gain more knowledge and experience. It was a company which treated its workers fairly and the salary was fine

My team mates were so hard working and cooperative We worked in harmony And our boss Aleyao Binioube also did well by training us to become good and hard working staff to other organizations
