These people don't care about employees, they only pretend to care. 0℅ job security, first they promise you everything like good future and all but later they tell you, they cant give any future so its better to resign, and if you say no and still wish to continue working, they'll start torturing you till you resign. Credit goes to manager and HR . worse management ever

Well the colleague's are friendly and freshers can easily get into this company.

The management is not transparent and doesn't address our issues, the learning curve was very little sine they use obsolete software.

Hardworking Employees are recognized, ppl who avoid work are helped to improve their efficiency . No politics like big companies, no one in office is interested in politics if somebody starts they will automatically be sticking out like a sore thumb. U can see clearly in other reviews where they are more involved in others works than thiers :).
