Company is located in Mangalore which gives ample opportunities for freshers in and around Mangalore. Interview process includes technical training, a stage at which the candidate gets to know about the work environment and can decide if he/she would want to continue with the job.
Dislikes
Management is not transparent and doesn't address our issues in a fair manner. Salary is very less. There is a bond of 1.5 years, and a certain commitment deposit to be done. No conveyance given to employees living far away. Freshers dont get an opportunity to learn new tools and technologies as the ones used by the company are obsolete.

The job was not difficult but I struggled a lot as a beginner. Even if there was on the job training, both trainer and manager didn't support me rather kept demotivating me. HR Manager is not fair in his decisions. Not a memorable experience.

Before joining remember the Manager and Supervisor are not from sales background so your opinion is least matered whatever they say you should do.
