Windson Media pvt ltd has an integrated work environment where employees have the opportunity to not just brush up upon their skills but also explore other profiles. Employees get exposure to different job roles and have the chance to prove themselves time to time.

Dislikes

There is no fixed assignment and timings of work and one can experience workload due to lesser number of employees. As it is a startup, one is expected to perdorm different roles whether you're trained or not.

Work Details

As an intern I was expected to take over the responsibilities of a fyll time job and sometimes that proved to be hectic.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
