I have worked in Windlas for around 4 years. I started my journey from Windlas and learnt many things from my seniors. If you want to learn not to earn come and join Windlas marketing department. You will learn without any stress. You'll have flexible time to work but you have to work minimum 7-8 hours. Just do not expect salary increments, accept whatever they give you.

Increment policy, below the post of managers (middle and lower level employees) HR Department needs to work on Employee growth and skill development as well as their financial increment. No amenities for employees.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
