The only good thing is salary which is more than industry average. One can grow high if s/he can manage the boss

Dislikes

It has old and outdated products. MRP is exorbitant and marketing activities are poor. They don’t focus on skill enhancement of employees. Internal politics is too high.

Work Details

Though there was poor marketing support, I used to spark self and made working interesting and focused in engaging all the team to work in field. The backbone of company is few old renowned products. Can survive in job by active presence in market.
