Lazy people. No industry knowledge. No professionalism. No growth. No respect for individual. Indians are treated badly compared to UK and Manila. Talented people will lose their talent here doing nothing. Internal politics. No responsibility among the people. To get 1 hours of work done requires more than a week. Not training. You will have to learn everything by yourself.
