They had a so much politics and nor they have good leads , and those who are there dont want to leave their position till their lifetime. I go there as android developer and left it after 3 months after i find their team lead is so rude and in the name of learning they want you to ... listen every disrespect with proud.

It was worst experience. My manager was so rude and arrogant. Most of the team members don't cooperate and play mind games instead. I would have given negative rating for few of the parameters. I tolerated one year just because of my bond. They don't have good projects.
