Company is hiring senior management who don't have knowledge of industry segment. This is instrument company,but Management consider it as FMCG organisation. Very bad in customer support.

1. When one is under personal crisis, WIKA goes beyond the rulebook and help him / her recover from it. For example, after my spine surgery, I needed to avoid travelling. Considering my case, WIKA allowed me to work from home for 3 months continuously. 2. Clean work environment. 3. WIKA provides all kind of trainings to the needy.

Too much of mandatory meetings and program which affect one's day-to-day work and targets.
