Very limited for new skills, repetitive work as all the model is standard and R&D has been done by the headquarters. If someone like repetitive work for whole time they will love this company

1. When one is under personal crisis, WIKA goes beyond the rulebook and help him / her recover from it. For example, after my spine surgery, I needed to avoid travelling. Considering my case, WIKA allowed me to work from home for 3 months continuously. 2. Clean work environment. 3. WIKA provides all kind of trainings to the needy.
