The policies & the additional benefits provided are still typical old factory type since the global management has not implemented global polocies. Though, it is definitely still better than working at an local factory. No promotion & height of red tapism.

Until 2019 WIKA India was best place to work. You had liberty to share your ideas, take a part in decision making. It was homely atmosphere. Company WAS best place to work. New management didn't support anyone in Pandemic. When other companies were promoting work from home, they restricted to attend the office at any cost. New management from 2020 is worst. They don't have any strategy other than increasing EBIT (earning before income Tax). No policies other than "near and dear". Near and dear are getting promoted within few days, loyal employees are getting kicked out. Management is heartless. When other companies are promoting work from home due to pandemic, this management is making compulsion to attend the office (doesn't matter which department it is). worst part is they started firing old loyal employees just to increase EBIT. I build WIKA India from scratch. I implemented WIKA India IT infrastructure from 9 desktops to 250 systems including 22 servers, ERP system, VPN and lot many things. I worked there for more than 21 years and was growing equaly with the company.
