As such there nothing which i liked in whyflex.

Hard to write in brief sor time being I just want to say that whyflex is a worst consultancy i have ever worked with. However everyone is so unprofessional over there. No job security at all.Furthermore if i could rate below the zero i will do the same. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
