Everything. . First they attract you by convincing you, that they value people and potential ( lie) . Then they don't give you work according to your capabilities. and then question your efforts and performance. . No work life balance ( strict timings Monday - Friday) almost 2-3 Saturdays ) unnecessary review meetings. . toxic workculture from team leads to HR ( diplomates and hypocrites) . No salary satisfaction . unnecessary deductions .not right to ask a question or put a point across. .expansive formalities where ask you to pay for things . control your actions from where to sit to what to talk. . no hikes given, no incentives, no benefits, no recognitions. mentally take you to the stage where you started doubting your worth they don't follow rules. so anytime if they throw you out of the company, you can't go questioning.
