The incentive and if you achieve your targets this is a gold mine since i worked in these company and was a top performer for 10 months i earned myself an Activa , laptop and phone and everything else above but do read the dislikes

There is no respect in these company whatsoever they treat you like labour i only had one manager who was the best in under i was a top performer after that whoever was manager believe me my building watchman would have done better job obviously some the senior managers post is undeniable the deserving but the managers damn what soever coming to my own path i was top performer but due to current financial situation on byjus and white hat they are not funding in marketing hence no sales and it's a trap here the company knows it very well still running on which funding dk why the business model itself not sustainable rn so they are moving employees here and there or firing them please so it's simple there are some PPL who are still earning 10-20k incentive per week in these company but beleive me they are not getting increment of more than 5-7 percent so hard working good people land up in these bad company sometime but it's said diamond are made under pressure...Read More
