The best moment that I've had in this company till now is when my hard work was recognised and I was awarded for it. It is not news, that people in corporate are not being paid enough for their work or are not being rewarded for all that they do for their company. But here, in whitehat jr. I have been recognised time and again for my achievements. Secondly, the company policies regarding incentives is better than any company present in the country. I can be affirmative about it as I have personally experienced it. Whitehat jr. Pays incentives so huge that I earn 3 times more incentives than my salary in a month. Moving on to the work culture of the company, it is their top most priority to take good care of its employees and customers as well. I like everything about Whitehat Jr. The TLs are good, intellectual on one to one basics, supportive, the environment of Whitehat Jr., The colleagues are very supportive whether you are new to the company or whether your are an old employee same is for TLs, Managers, each and every person in the Whitehat Jr. family is supportive as well as multi talented and the most important thing is everyone gives encouragement to those who feel discouraged when the output is not good and whenever anyone in need of it, you don't even have to tell your team mates and your TLs. I am working as a pre sales intern in white hat jr in user engagement department. I am a fresher but white hat jr gave me an opportunity to work with the company. It's really a great experience working with interns. I say that white hat deals fairly with the employees of the company and appreciates the effort given by each individuals.

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything about white hat. It's just we need to complete the targets on time and that is thing which every company needs it, so no such disliking things.

something that I like about whitehat jr is that it has a fast career growth as compared to other companies and has many benefits over and above salary, and last but not the least whitehat jr has great support team they use to help us solve all our querries . with whitwhatjr i got to learn many things .

the thing which i didn't liked about whitehat jr is that we as a intern had to work for 10+ hours which affected our personal lives and we were totally tired after the work and secondly i would like to say that whiteht jr should do some menatal well being activities for their emloyees. and rest all of the thing was good i loved being at whitehat jr.

The concept of whitehat junior to teach small kids coding which will clear there concept of coding as well as there thinking power too.

Basically the OPS panel system because in that we have to call people randomly in which I think the kid who really wants to learn coding,maths or music may miss because of this random calls.Also most of the parents just register and say we have done this by mistake.So I request whitehat jr to please keep a verification process so that main focus of the company should be on that student who really want to learn something good from us....Read More

It's a great platform to work, job security is there, every employee contributes a great value, humble environment. Learn and Polish your skills. Very creative people are there, I am learning a lot from my mentors, they are really wonderful at their skills.
