I joined as an online coding instructor and today i teach coding,maths and enlish as well.The company gives you all the facilities to improve and show your ability and promotes every month.My experience with the company is just incomparable. Its a great job for women who prefer work from home. Great learning experience and flexible working hours.

For night shift teachers no encouragement, no seminars, no webinars , not getting pay as according to our effort of compromising sleep and time.

Dislikes

Not getting any incentives like day shift and compromising sleep is something like beyond capacity. For night shift job should be permanent , and we should get job guarantee and company should focus more on night shift teachers because more revenue generates from night shift.

Work life is average no liberty if gets any emergency so need to show the proof, cancellation policy is not at all good atleast should follow employee act
