There is nothing as such to like about the company.

WHITEHAT Jr is the perfect example of inhumanity as they make people work for 6days a week for 15hrs a day without any sufficient breaks.It is the most horrible place to work at. I would never ever suggest anyone to work here because when they appoint you for a role of Sales Manager it’s written in the offer letter that your CTC is5,50,000 pa and you”ll be getting lot of incentives as well. Also it’s mentioned that if you work for 10 days or less you won’t be paid anything at all and the time you start working there, just within 3 to 4 days without any proper training they’ll ask you to complete the targets and if you don’t complete them, they”ll throw you out of the company and whatever we earn within those 3 days that profit goes only to the company. This is the way they work which is completely unethical. They give threats to the employees on every single thing like if you don’t perform good(unable to achieve the targets) even on one particular day so management will ask you to leave. So it becomes impossible for a person to work in such a pathetic environment. They hire people in bulk from different states and countries and make them work like donkeys. Very worst company to work with ...they only believe in hire and fire. Hired employees at a batch 1500 and with in month with out justification ask to leave and they will put you unrealistic target so you will not able to achieve it. And will terminate you.
