I am a Professional with 5+ yrs of experience and worked in almost 3+ different top companies and have to tell you that if you want to experience a prison life, please join Whitehat junior as here you will not find life, learning, experience, respect, value etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. Here, your senior managers will make you work 12 hrs a day, make you struggle to get 1 leave that you had planned weeks ago. No recognition. They will cheat by telling you to do overtime or work on your offs to get double pay but this is a magical currency that never gets credited. I had worked on festivals like Diwali, Christmas, Holi etc but never got anything and still awaiting revert from the team. Additionally, the students are putting their education at risk by trusting these firms. They have made coding a joke where a teacher from a non coding background teaches. Wow! Really? How come someone can come up with an idea like this? And shockingly people trust them. Open your eyes, look around and analyse that coding needs a coder who can code and not the one who has completed BA, B.com, Enginnering from civil, mechanical. Initial days was good.. nothing to like

Company creates policy every day. Working hrs increased 9.30 to 7.30. Even ask to stretch. I was hired for tech support but they thrown all people's in slot booking for free trail class. Management is worst. No mental peace.. worst company ever..
