The company was good but the byjus management is messed up everything.

Dislikes

The working hours is not fixed. As they will layoff your colleague theirs workload will come to you. Company will use you as much as they can and later on they will layoff you if your requirement is not there. PF amount is not paid from last 8 months. Delay in FNF payment.

Salary was better than others but I'd have to guess they were less stressful too.

Workload was insane! The responsibilities were too much and had to function on multiple roles! The job was exhausting and there's not much time for breaks. Management doesn't listen to complaints and they would take it against you.

The work-life balance is okayish if you are working in the technical side team. Overall support and sales work have no life balance it is terrible to work

Here is the best thing is the work culture is excellent. More over from executive level to director level works togather here like a family. Which is according to me is excellent. Hope management like this should be there in every organisation.
