WGS is a right platform to work. Job security, work culture, management and company policies are employees friendly. It's not a school but a family for me. They take care of employees very well and pay competent salary.

Dislikes

There is no growth. Teachers should be given a chance to move to higher grades once in a while. There is no policy of promotion. Favouritism and bias is there for promotion. Which is unfair.

Work life was very good, family atmosphere but no growth. For promotion I have to satisfy boss's ego or do buttering job, which is not my cup of tea.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
