Good work ethics, flexible and Systematized. The facility is affords opportunity for training and retraining to meet current techniques and universal Achievable goals! Motivation for personal development is optimal. I grew from a fresh Medical Doctor to being the Chief Medical Officer in Four years.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
