Literally nothing,all the trappings of a big industrial workplace is there alright but more of all show and no substance

worst work culture, new recruits are not trained at all when they are inducted which can lead to a lot of problem, the management staff is too busy sniping at each other to actually bother about real work, upper management behavior is very poor and the HR is the worst. i have never seen a company where the HR head is literally shouting like a street brigand and having screaming matches with almost all employees. the HR head was so corrupt that he would manipulate money of accounts, worker insurance plans and everywhere where he can squeeze money into his pocket and the unit manager was completely in cahoots with him. that workplace was so toxic that in a year average 6/7 employees resigned because of the actions of HR.
