New office is good but very far from city.

Dislikes

People do not work here. Technically they are incompetent to say the least. Huge politics in GTEC where even if you work you would be discriminated by the top echoleon, especially the site leadership which is just in shambles. People focus on more linkedin posts and show-off with various non value added activities than looking intothe real picture. Seems the entire team is just so far away from reality. Their product do not sell as quality is the last thing on this people. Most people are just waiting for the paycheck. Actually this unit should be closed no value addition to any company....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
