The people are great. You can find a community of sorts. They have great knowledge and are the best in their fields. Can learn a lot from their company. If you are close to the management that would earn you great perks too.

Dislikes

The control is wielded by the top most management which also means alternative, better approaches are not considered, that can be stifling sometimes. Since it is a small company, policies are not clearly defined which is a hassle.
