Don't know about other department but saying about the place I work Very worst in managing employees, treating employees as CCL, asking to work for 12hrs sometimes 2 shift 16hrs, we have outside works also not considering our excuses if can't see 12hrs but actual shift is 8hrs. And blackmailing that won't get increment. Already no increment only 150RS.. giving more hike to unwanted persons and people who are working hard or smart not getting anything.....Read More

Excellent business that customer prefer. The value system is praiseworthy. When it comes to perks and employment, the organization looks out for its employees. Since the current leadership took over a few years ago, HR initiatives have been excellent.

the lack of uniformity in the manufacturing facilities and working conditions across manufacturing plants; the lack of transparency among employees; the fact that lower level employees work 12 hour shifts; the existence of politics, which must be eliminated. Lack of regular training for staff members are factors degrading the organizational environment
