Safety, culture, work environment, and company policy (some only), opportunity,and ect. I very much like to work this company. And I'm not happy to resign this company.

Dislikes

There is no hike salry and no career growth, Hike and growth is very low and slow. Because all are growing like petrol, grocery, Rent, Medicine, Travel's and ect. Financially very difficult to run family. 🙂 Overall rating will be *****

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
