Only outside of the department I mean before you join Westin kolkata you like every thing but once you joined your thinking was totally changed

I specially dislike your management no proper duty timeing when I join or the timing of interview they tell me my duty timeing is 12hrs but after joining i know/realised that my duty timeing is 14hrs not 12 hrs ok my shifting start on 7am/pm they tell me to coming on 6am/pm for briefing And tell me to eat right now otherwise I willlosse my food ek batt bato Mera ko ki agar meain 7 baje ki jaga 6 baje duty join kar raha hu to mujhe rat k 1 baje break milega eya kaha ka niam hai bhai 12hrs ki jaga 14hrs duty kar raha hu wo bhi constant standing duty usme bhi 15 mins ka tea break as per rules of govt eya chiz Kiya legal hai Sabse bari bat ap logo ka jo so called associate hai phela unlogo ko staff se bat karne na tarika sikhao nahi to koi bhi is kampani meain Jada din nahi rahega...Read More

Nothing, because this is new atmosphere for me.I learn new things in my life.if I am working there 12 or 14 hours.So, it's my learning and every people have our own thinking.

i was joined there year of 2009 pre opening bath learned a lot of Job responsibility, trained staff about fire & safety in case of emergency how to react immediate .> (Special thanks to Mr. Nizam one of my X Manager he is good mentor in my life)
