Leaders give you liberty to take the decision and full openess to discuss the technical solutions for betterment of product.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work life is impacted , since the workforce is little so everyone occupied with multiple tasks. Resourcing should be managed, and not just including the contractors or vendors.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
