Working Experience at Western Refrigeration is overall good enough. But the problem is that i serve my last ten months to this company. But, as my plant is located at Mumbai and as there are so many Covid cases in that particular location. I want little time from company to join back the plant, as my hometown is in Jabalpur at this critical phase, they don't support me and try to resticate me.

Work security is very less in my company

Company is one the best organisations for learning as well as implementing new ideas. It is good for all level of employs like GET or engineer, manager etc.

Dislikes

The job location was at very remote area and no flexible timing and no Saturday sunday off, not even alternate Saturday off.
